  Scott Niday is the owner and Chef of The Eclectic Eatery & BBQ. Scott Niday went to the western culinary institute in 1995-1996. He worked in many kitchens including Columbia Edgewater Country Club. Did internship at Couch Street  Fish house. Later was at chef at the Crab Shack in Stevenson, WA. In 2011 Scott bought his bright green cart and went to work creating his amazing BBQ he now sells. The Eclectic Eatery & BBQ was opened in January 2012 and has continued to grow with many loyal followers. The loyal followers have called Scott's BBQ the best Portland has to offer!
